Return Policy

All products purchased at Nameg go through a rigorous quality check process before they are shipped to you.  So it is quite unlikely that you would want to exchange a product that you have purchase. In the odd case that there is a discrepancy in the product, our policy on returns is as follows:

  • We accept returns only if there is an issue with the size or if there is a genuine reason.

  • Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 2 days of receiving the merchandise. Tags should be intact and the product should be unused.

  • In case your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the order number within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Once your request is received and approved, you need to ship the product to our store. 

  • Once your return has been authorized, we will refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your Nameg account which will be redeemable at, within 24 working hours from the time when your product is received by us.

  • Courier charges will not be refunded in case of returns. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refund on used products.

  • We try to process all returns within one week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to us at

  • There will always be some variation between digital images and physical products. Therefore no exchanges will be offered on account of colour variation.

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
