SHIPPING POLICY (For orders shipped within INDIA)
Our Customers are our utmost priority. Hence we have a 2 day no-question asked return policy on our products.
- We have a standard shipping charge of Rs 150.
- Cash On Delivery is available in India for orders below Rs 20,000.
- Once the order is received it usually takes about 5-10 working days for us to ship your product. You will get the notification through SMS or Email on the dispatch of your product.

International (US, UK, Canada, etc): For International orders the shipping charges tend to vary from country and product weight. Kindly review the shipping charges for your country on the cart page. It takes about 10-15 working days to ship international orders.
- The products that are eligible for returns have a 2 days no-questions-asked return policy. If you do not find the purchase with us as per your expectations, we will take it back.
- Please email us for a return request on email@example.com within 2 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for a courier to pick up the order from your home. NAMEG will not bear the cost of return shipping. In rare cases that our courier cannot pickup from your address, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse.
- Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchases. The store credit will have validity of 1 year.
- Store credit will be issued for the full product price paid by the customer. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow 3-5 business days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Kolkata for processing of store credit.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange viz:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product or is not in the original condition
- Multiple returns from the same customer are also not accepted within a short time frame. E.g - customers that order 3+ products within a month, only up to 30% of the total order value can be returned or exchanged. This clause is designed to prevent non-serious customers from trying out multiple products and abusing our generous return policy.
- Orders placed using store credit (either part or in full) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Orders placed using store credit (either part of or in full) are not eligible for any discounts.
